Breakfast Option from the Frontier's Kitchen
1 slice of Franz Bread Willamette Valley Great Seed Organic bread (toasted to your preference)
2 eggs (seasoned with salt & pepper scrambled with no milk added)
1 tsp of olive oil (heat small frying pan to medium heat with olive oil and cook eggs to your preference)
3 thin slices of avocado
2 tbsp. of Thai Kitchen's Sweet Red Chili sauce
Note: And your choice of drink will vary your calorie count, but I prefer my coffee...black please!
