Lunch Option from the Frontier's Kitchen
4-5 large shrimp (cleaned, detailed, and thawed)
1 strip of bacon chopped
2 tbsps. of dried Organics cranberries
1 cup of Organics salad mixed greens variety
2 tbsps. chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. Italian dressing
1 tbsp. shredded mozzarella
2 tbsps. olive oil
seasonings of preference (I used McCormick's Cajun seasoning and black pepper)
Note: I try to hydrate faithfully throughout the day so water is usually my choice at later meals!
