Dinner Option from the Frontier's Kitchen
8oz. sirloin lean natural beef (little fat & grilled on the BBQ ;) )
1/8 cup toasted almonds (used a Pampered Chef stone and toasted almonds in the oven for 4 minutes under "Hi" broil setting)
1/2 cup broccoli florets (blanched in lighted salted, boiling water to your preference of tenderness)
3 tbsp. of Lea & Perrin's worcestershire sauce
seasoning for steak pre-grill is 1 tsp. black pepper and 1 tsp. garlic powder
Note: I enjoyed a nice, bold, strong merlot from Naked Wines. I am part of the Angel club!
