Veggie Fry

Citrus Fish & Peas from the Frontier's Kitchen


  1. 3 medium sized tilapia (fresh catch) fillets

  2. 1 cup of frozen sweet peas

  3. 1 box of Rice-a-Roni Chicken flavored rice

  4. 1 lime (half sliced, save other half for cooking)

  5. 3 tbsp. of olive oil

  6. salt, pepper, All-Greek seasoning to taste

Note: cook rice and peas in saucepans as per package instructions; in large copper skillet pour in olive oil and bring to a medium heat, place fillets in oil and cook about 2 minutes each side, season each side, add 1 tbsp of water then squeeze half the lime onto the fillets, cook 'til finished and serve!
