Pan Seared Steak Tip & Veggies

Pan Seared Beef Steak Tip & Garnish


  1. 5 medium size steak tips

  2. package of fresh asparagus

  3. 5 Yukon golden potatoes skin on quartered

  4. 1/2 of a red & green pepper sliced thin

  5. 1/4 of a yellow onion sliced thin

  6. 3 tbsp. of olive oil

  7. 3 tbsp. Italian dressing

  8. 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms

Note: heat olive oil in large frying pan over medium heat, place quartered potatoes in saucepan cover with water and bring to a boil (cook until just tender, turn off drain and cover), place asparagus in saucepan cover in water and bring to a boil (keep covered once boiling than turn off and let sit)

Next: season all sides of steak tip with Greek seasoning and place in oil, sear on both sides for about 2 minutes each, move to the side of the pan, add more olive oil if needed and dump all peppers, onions, and mushrooms in pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes or 'til just tender. pour Italian dressing on veggies and toss, turn off heat, cover, and serve!
