Sautéed Shrimp & Veggies over Angel Hair Pasta
1/2 pound of raw, uncooked, detailed shrimp
1/2 package of fresh asparagus, stokes cut in half
1/4 red & green pepper each sliced
3 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of unsalted butter
4 tbsp. Italian dressing
1 box of angel hair pasta
Note: heat olive oil & butter in large frying pan over medium add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, add veggies chopped and toss in olive oil and butter for about 5 minutes or until veggies are tender. Add 4 tbsps. of Italian dressing to heat, turn off heat and serve over angel hair pasta
Pasta: cook pasta as per box instructions and set aside
Servings as a side: 6
