Healthy & Happy...Supplements

Updated: Apr 10

Commitment to the personal journey you want to be on is key.

My 12 Month Checkup

This is MY health journey! I am here to stay committed for me. This is not about looking a certain way; this is about healing from the inside out and completely. However, my physical health was very much lacking and there were multiple reasons for that diagnosis. The smile is back and so is the glow!

The Doctor Approves 2021

I have been in and out the last 18 months of 2 doctors offices trying to align my internal health. That day has come with much commitment. Here is the 12 month check up run down.

  1. I have officially dropped 30 pounds in the last 12 months to finish my weight loss journey.

  2. I have tailored an entire diet plan to maintain that weight loss and feed my body what it needs, not what it wants.

  3. I have stayed consistent on a supplement plan tailored just for me. It is a great product, but I will maintain you have to find the right product for you.

  4. I have committed to a workout plan that works for me...ever changing in approach but consistent in attendance.

Outcomes

I have come a long way, but by no means have arrived at total healing.

  1. the weight loss is being maintained

  2. my skin and hair health are echoes of internal health healing

  3. there are more good days then bad with pain management

  4. I am learning to live a different way with self-control in more than just food cravings

  5. I am learning limitations

  6. I am learning more and more about self-love

  7. I am learning about less stress

  8. Being fiscally responsible lends to better mental and emotional health

Kim Zierlein, 2020.

About Me:

Hi...my name is Kimberly Zierlein. I am a single mother to a spunky ten-year-old and right now, for me anyways, I am at the top of my game! I am healthy again; and not just physically, but spiritually and mentally too.

How did I get here?

Well...

There were lots of hurts, lonely nights, multiple jobs and quite frankly bad choices that had me at rock bottom. But how did I get here?

One...

Simple...

Step...

I decided it was time to get out of the shell I was hiding in. The one that stopped reading and loving and caring and exploded to almost 300 pounds! Yes I will admit when I started this journey to being me again I was at my heaviest at almost 300 pounds in October of 2017.

So as you can see already this is not an overnight fix, nor is it a quick fix. This is as fix to last a lifetime.
