Tilapia & Veggie Bake


  1. 3 tilapia fillets

  2. 4 medium skinned and sliced carrots

  3. 1/2 cup of broccoli florets

  4. 1/2 cup of chopped sweet yellow onion

  5. salt & pepper to taste

  6. 1 tsp. of all-greek seasoning

  7. 3 tbsps. olive oil to coat baking stone

Note: coat baking stone with olive oil, heat oven to 375, prepare vegetables and fillets on teh sheet and season, bake for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender (may vary depending on oven and size of fish and veggies)

Next: Top with more seasoning of choice or sauce and feast!
